The Chiari & Scoliosis & Syringomyelia Foundation (CSSf) was created with the motive of dissemination and application of the medical findings made by Dr. Miguel B. Royo with the support and collaboration of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Institut Neurològic de Barcelona and Institut Chiari de Barcelona, among other entities.
The CSSF is dedicated to the investigation of the Filum Disease, teaching about it, and social aid. It was created in October 2008 with the purpose of projecting forward Dr. Royo Salvador’s medical-scientific discoveries of more than 40 years and to disseminate his theory about the causes and solutions of a set of diseases. The Foundation’s presentation took place on 4 November 2008, at the Auditorium of the Masia of the CIMA clinic in Barcelona, on the occasion of the presentation “A new treatment for Chiari, Syringomyelia and Scoliosis”
