WE INVESTIGATE THE FOLLOWING DISEASES

ARNOLD CHIARI I

Arnold-Chiari I Syndrome (ACHS.I) is the herniation of the cerebellar tonsils through the foramen magnum into the spinal canal without any other malformation of the nervous system.

SCOLIOSIS

Idiopathic Scoliosis (I.SCO) is a lateral deviation of the spine. It is usually observed in the age of growth.

SYRINGOMYELIA

Idiopathic Syringomyelia (I.SM) is characterized by the appearance of fluid-filled cystic cavities in the spinal cord.

The Filum Disease is caused by an abnormal traction of the filum terminale ligament. It manifests itself with symptoms and signs affecting the entire nervous system, skull and spine. All three conditions are the expressions of this disease and may share the same symptoms.
