The Board of the Chiari & Scoliosis & Syringomyelia Fundaci\u00f3 Privada (CSSf) wishes to state and remind interested patients that in line with one of the founding objectives, Social Aid, and inasmuch as the economic availability allows, it awards financial help to cover part of the costs of the surgical procedure for the Filum Disease when it has previously been diagnosed by the medical team of the Institut Chiari & Siringomielia & Escoliosis de Barcelona.

\n\tThe help will be awarded to eligible patients after the application has been assessed and approved by the Foundation Board. Patients are eligible when the need of treatment has previously been confirmed by the Institut Chiari & Siringomielia & Escoliosis de Barcelona and once the urgency need and lack of financial means need have been established.

The Chiari & Scoliosis & Syringomyelia Fundaci\u00f3 is a non-profit organization and exists thanks to donations and subsidies.

\n\tThanks to the generosity of individuals and entities that have wanted to contribute to CSSf\u2019s Social Assistance Program, we have been able to help 100 patients from 25 countries to receive treatment for their Filum Disease diagnosis.
